Depopulation and Decarbonization

According  to NASA meterologist, John Casey, despite so-called scientific evidence that CO2 causes global warming, the world is actually entering a 30 year cooling period. The mantra of the international community since the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio has been to “stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic (man-made) interference with the climate system.” At the Copenhagen Climate Summit in 2009 ...Read full article...

Environmentalists warn about Major Water Contamination along Keystone XL pipeline

The construction of the Keystone XL pipeline has galvanized the US environmental energy projects like few in recent years. Numerous organizations have rejected the initiative, with major protests at the White House. The movement has also brought together a significant part of the electorate around a handful of politicians who have made Keystone the center of their electoral programs. President Barack Obama said earlier this year that he would ...Read full article...

G20 Nations Heavily Subsidizing Environmental Polluters

Despite experts recommending that G20 nations end these subsidies to coal industry on the grounds that promote the negative effects of climate change, industrialized countries continue to subsidize polluters. SIDNEY – Instead of investing in so-called clean energy sources Australia has offered 3,500 million euros annually for companies to explore and extract coal mines in the country. Subsidies will be given in the form of direct spending and tax breaks, according to a report released today. ...Read full article...

Climate Scientists putting out their best guesses to ‘explain’ warming variability

Scientists are struggling to explain a slowdown in climate change that has exposed gaps in their understanding and defies a rise in global greenhouse gas emissions. Often focused on century-long trends, most climate models failed to predict that the temperature rise would slow, starting around 2000. Scientists are now intent on figuring out the causes and determining whether the respite will be brief or a more lasting phenomenon. Getting ...Read full article...

Clean Energy Boom Heading to the Abyss

By. Devon Swezey Breakthrough Institute July 11, 2011 The global clean energy industry is set for a major crash. The reason is simple. Clean energy is still much more expensive and less reliable than coal or gas, and in an era of heightened budget austerity the subsidies required to make clean energy artificially cheaper are becoming unsustainable. Clean tech crashes are nothing new. The U.S. wind energy industry has ...Read full article...

Green Policies in Spain are a Total Failure

By Luis R. Miranda The Real Agenda May 19, 2010 Pajamas Media has received a leaked internal assessment produced by Spain’s Zapatero administration. The assessment confirms the key charges previously made by non-governmental Spanish experts in a damning report exposing the catastrophic economic failure of Spain’s “green economy” initiatives. On eight separate occasions, President Barack Obama has referred to the “green economy” policies enacted by Spain as being the model ...Read full article...

The Anglo American Oil Fraud

By Luis R. Miranda The Real Agenda April 18, 2010 The surplus oil production capacity could totally disappear, says the Military. Really?  Last time I checked there were numerous oil fields waiting to be discovered and exploited.  So, why is the United States military warning about peak oil again?  Can there really be a limitation to access fossil fuels?  Sure, there is.  However it is not due to lack ...Read full article...
