		<description><![CDATA[According to a report from the United Church of Christ&#039;s Commission for Racial Justice, poor communities of color are targets for garbage and toxic landfills and incinerators.  Job related exposures to toxic chemicals may also put people of color at higher risks of getting cancer from carcinogens.  Communties which hosts toxic disposal methods are not likely to attract good jobs with medical insurance and other benefits.  It is a tragedy that environmental justice has been swept out of public dialogue.  It should be a major issue along with global climate change.]]></description>
