Distinguished Heads of State and members of the Non-Affiliated Movement,
Over the past four decades, your countries have been dragged into the UN-delegated Global Depopulation Policy and forced to subject the people to chemical and biological agents that undermine human fertility and to psychosocial and economic measures that subvert the family.
You were given no choice and were told that the science is sound and the suffering minimal to justify this silent global genocide and in the process the debasement of the rule of law and of every moral covenant that our forefathers have in their wisdom imbedded in our social structures and religious institutions.
You were shown statistics and projections that forecast the end of all life on earth should humanity fail to stop humanity from outgrowing the planet’s finite resources and damaging earth’s life support systems.
The objectives of the Global Depopulation Policy are absolutely necessary if we are to ensure peace on earth and the survival of the species, but the methods used are patently wrong, fundamentally immoral and bound to fail. These diabolical methods are the result of a million compromises and two formerly insurmountable obstacles: first, the intractability of religious authorities with respect to contraceptives and abortion and, secondly, the unelectability of politicians advocating population control. These obstacles are no longer insurmountable and the time to change course is now.
We, the people, have awakened to the brutal reality that humankind has become the victim of its own success and has outgrown the planet’s resources. We, the people, now understand that it is not right to sacrifice our children and the planet to satisfy our impulses, greed, indifference and ignorance. We, the people, have acquired the wisdom necessary to take responsibility for the Global Depopulation Policy and to voluntarily accept family size restrictions rather than continue to be covertly poisoned into sterility and ultimately oblivion. You no longer need to fear us. You need to empower us so we can act accordingly. And you need to dignify us with the respect that we deserve and now demand.
Do not repeat the mistakes of western governments. You have the opportunity – and the support of all western people – to do it right and to benefit from our trials and errors. Learn from our mistakes, do not copy them. At the same time, do not labor under the vain hope that population control is not absolutely necessary and best tackled through legislation, the way China has done.
The secrecy is gone. The deception has fallen. Without these two screens an extra-judicial program of mass poisoning and mass murder cannot proceed. If you think it can, you will be the cause of global conflict. This is the time to stand up for your people and put their interests before your own by condemning the existing world order openly and severely so that we can begin a new era of global cooperation and democratize the institutions of global governance, dissolve all borders, adopt a global digital currency, and share resources worldwide and fairly to be able to survive the next three decades, which are critical because we will need to accommodate 2 to 3 more billion people until the global population peaks and then starts to decrease.
The way forward can no longer be imposed on the world by the United Nations, through mutual coercion mutually agreed upon, and by the professional and self-serving elites of western nations, who have chosen themselves and doomed the rest of us. The way forward is the OM Principles; the people’s way, which requires that we all sacrifice and that we all benefit in equal measure.
Should you fail to seize the opportunity that civil society now provides you with to break rank with the coalition of the unwilling, your names will be written in history with the blood of innocents and you will be reviled for all eternity. We only get one chance to build a global civilization so we better make sure we build it on the right foundation and not on the corpses of infants.
Call an emergency meeting for all NAM countries and publicly disassociate yourselves from the covert methods of population control currently in effect. Stand together and speak as one. Address the people honestly and passionately and they will listen. Present them with the choice of continuing to be covertly poisoned into chronic illness and oblivion or voluntarily adopting family-size restrictions. Let the Laws of Conscience and Consciousness serve as your guide.
You can be the cause of worldwide revolt and in the process of your own demise or you can be agents of change for the better by allowing a peaceful transition towards people’s empowerment and overt population control. There will be no other opportunity.
I will travel when and where I am needed to educate and convince the public of what is at stake and why we must work together as brothers and sisters regardless of color, creed, or country.
It is within your power to ensure that the era of enlightenment begins today. All you need to do is show a little courage and have faith in humanity.
With utmost respect,
